Dongzhan has many advanced sewing machine. For example down filling machine, computer embroidery machine, and automatic sewing machine, these machine were imported from Japan. The machine brands are BROTHER and JUKI. We use CAD plate making system to control cutting process.

Dongzhan has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 certification and BSCI social responsibility certification. Our quality control system is very strict. and We have ERP system to control manufacture procedure. From design to finish goods, there are more than 100 procedures to guarantee high quality.

For many years, Dongzhan has been engaged in the OEM production for the world's customer. The export proportion is more than 70%, which is exported to dozens of countries and regions such as Asia, Europe and America. ZARA, IKEA, POLO are our customer.

Dongzhan has four garment production base, there are Wujiang Suzhou base, Zaozhuang Shandong base, Hetian Xinjiang base and Myanmar base. The annual capacity is 10 million pieces. There are 5,000 workers in the garment factory. We plan to recruit 30,000 workers in the future.
